How Safe is Your Fish?

Many fish are high in the omega-3's DHA and EPA.  But some types of fish contain high amounts of contaminants, such as mercury and PCB's.

Here are a few tips to help you choose Eye Healthy safe fish.

1- Small is safe (if the entire fish fits in your plate it is probably low in contaminants)
2- Check out this resource for up-to-date accurate information
