10 Days of Eyefoods Smoothies - Green Goodness Smoothie





DAY 2

GREEN GOODNESS SMOOTHIE

1 banana
1 cup honeydew melon
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 cups baby spinach
1 cup cold water

1. Cut up honeydew melon in cubes.
2. Put in a blender with the banana.
3. Add the lime juice, then the spinach and water.
4. Blend until smooth.
Enjoy at once or store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
