Dr. Laurie's Shopping List - Eyefoods Dinner

Dr. Laurie's Shopping List will provide you with 5 ingredients that are part of The Eyefoods Plan.  We challenge you to create a tasty meal that are based on  these 5 ingredients.  Of course, you can add other necessary ingredients.  (Just make sure they are healthy!)
